My classes are very accessible; you do not need Yoga experience or be able to touch your toes!

A safe, accessible practice using a chair to enjoy seated postures, gentle stretches, and breathwork to improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and relieve stress—perfect for those with limited mobility or balance concerns.
Gentle Therapeutic Yoga •

Give your body the gift of mindful movements, stretching, and relaxation. This accessible class leaves you feeling more at home in your body, more relaxed and at ease. Ideal for anyone new to Yoga or those seeking a gentle approach.
